This course, designed for the beginners of the language, will give you a foundation knowledge of Sanskrit language. Amruta has Bachelors and Masters degree in Sanskrit from Deccan College, Pune where she stood first in the University. Her specialization is Sanskrit Grammar - Vyakarana. Along with Sanskrit, Amruta has studied German and also has a diploma in Indology. She has been teaching Sanskrit since last four years to school as well as University students.

  • Day 7: Past Tense (PP), Basic Verbs

  • Day 8: Past Tense (AP), Colors

  • Day 9: Numerical Adjectives, Body Parts

  • Day 11: Imperative Mood (AP)

  • Day 12: Potential Mood, Tastes, Nouns ending in 'i'/'ee'

Is there any prerequisite to attend this course?

Familiarity with Devanagari script is necessary to attend this course. Knowledge of at least one Indian language is a plus point.


What will be the medium of instruction?

English will be the medium of instruction.
