Meaning:-According to the manner in which they approach Me, I favour them in that very manner. O son of Partha, human beings follow My path in every way.
अर्थ:- जो मुझे जैसे भजते हैं, मैं उन पर वैसे ही अनुग्रह करता हूँ; हे पार्थ सभी मनुष्य सब प्रकार से, मेरे ही मार्ग का अनुवर्तन करते हैं।।
Important word:- ‘favour’
अनन्याश्चिन्तयन्तो मां ये जनाः पर्युपासते।
तेषां नित्याभियुक्तानां योगक्षेमं वहाम्यहम्।।9.22।।
Meaning:-Those persons who, becoming non-different from Me and meditative, worship Me everywhere, for them, who are ever attached (to Me), I arrange for securing what they lack and preserving what they have.
अर्थ:- जो अनन्य भक्त मेरा चिन्तन करते हुए मेरी उपासना करते हैं, मेरेमें निरन्तर लगे हुए उन भक्तोंका योगक्षेम (अप्राप्तकी प्राप्ति और प्राप्तकी रक्षा) मैं वहन करता हूँ।
Meaning:- Having your mind fixed on Me, be devoted to Me, sacrifice to Me, and bow down to Me. By concentrating your mind and accepting Me as the supreme Goal, you shall surely attain Me who am thus the Self.
अर्थ:- (तुम) मुझमें स्थिर मन वाले बनो; मेरे भक्त और मेरे पूजन करने वाले बनो; मुझे नमस्कार करो; इस प्रकार मत्परायण (अर्थात् मैं ही जिसका परम लक्ष्य हूँ ऐसे) होकर आत्मा को मुझसे युक्त करके तुम मुझे ही प्राप्त होओगे।।
Important word:- ‘supreme Goal ’
सर्वधर्मान्परित्यज्य मामेकं शरणं व्रज।
अहं त्वा सर्वपापेभ्यो मोक्षयिष्यामि मा शुचः।।18.66।।
Meaning:- Abandoning all forms of rites and duties, take refuge in Me alone. I shall free you from all sins. (Therefore) do not grieve.
अर्थ:- सब धर्मों का परित्याग करके तुम एक मेरी ही शरण में आओ, मैं तुम्हें समस्त पापों से मुक्त कर दूँगा, तुम शोक मत करो।।
Meaning:- Where there is Krishna, the Lord of yogas, and where there is Partha, the wielder of the bow, there are fortune, victory, prosperity and
unfailing prudence. Such is my conviction.
अर्थ:- जहाँ योगेश्वर भगवान् श्रीकृष्ण हैं और जहाँ गाण्डीवधनुषधारी अर्जुन हैं, वहाँ ही श्री, विजय, विभूति और अचल नीति है -- ऐसा मेरा मत है।
