Yes, Sanskrit is still Spoken Today
Yes. Sanskrit is still spoken today.

People of Mattur village in Karnataka and Jhiri in Madhya Pradesh speak in Sanskrit.

Two states in India - Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand have declared Sanskrit as their official language.

Though all Indians are not speaking in Sanskrit but Sanskrit speakers are in rise throughout India.
