Yes and its on the rise in recent times
Sanskrit vocabulary has been absorbed by many Indian languages and Sanskrit language lives through them.

People recite mantras and shlokas which are in Sanskrit.

Slogans and mottos of various institutes and companies in India are in Sanskrit.

Ayurveda, the traditional Indian medicine remains the most ancient yet living traditions. Ayurveda texts are used by vaidyas even now for diagnosis and remedies.

Efforts have been taken on a wide scale to popularise Sanskrit. People of mattur in Karnataka / Jhiri in Madhya Pradesh speak in Sanskrit due to efforts of organisation called Samskrita Bharati.

On school and college level, options are being provided to learn Sanskrit subject.

Two states in India - Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand have Sanskrit as its official language.

Various online institutes/websites coming up that teach Sanskrit to masses.

In countries like US, UK, Germany, their universities have Sanskrit departments.

So Sanskrit is still used in many forms/ways.
