Clarification requested

One of my friend argues that there is no word “Sree” in Sanskrit. Instead of Sree there is “Shree”. Kindly clarify

The word Shree or Sree is as mentioned in the subject which cannot be written correctly in English as English is not a phonetic language. Hence both can be used provided the writer conveys the same meaning
