India uses Sanskrit a lot.
India uses Sanskrit a lot - in the form of chanting mantras or doing puja or in the form of many regional languages that have similar vocabulary as Sanskrit.

India even has two states which have Sanskrit as their official language. India's sacred scriptures like Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Geeta, Ramayana are in Sanskrit. So India uses Sanskrit language in the form of shlokas, mantras etc. Large number of people are learning Sanskrit these days. In Nepal too the situation is culturally similar.
