All Upanishads Other than 10
All Upanishads Other than 10 ancient Upanishads are composed by people in the post-Vedic era. They use the name Upanishad to gain the same respect that is given to the original ancient Upanishads. Sarvanukramani does not mention 100+ Upanishads.

Shvetashvatara Upanishad is
Shvetashvatara Upanishad is ancient as compared to other Upanishads, however, it is not a part of Vedic Upanishads. Shankaracharya comments on it.

Mahanarayanopaniahad is by its name devoted to Narayana. So it is clear that it is not associated with any Vedic literature. Shankaracharya does not comment upon it.

I will answer the other two questions below after looking at some resources.

The question who is the Rishi
The question who is the Rishi of the Purushasukta: It is Narayan rishi.

For the usage of the Purushasukta: Sayana says the usage in rituals is as described before. The previous sukta is used in recitation connected with the midday oblation and belonging to इन्द्र exclusively. So I understand that the same usage is expected for the Purusha sukta. Nowadays, in every ritual, the Purushasukta is used.

Nasadiya sukta is used in Vaishavdeva, Sayana says the usage of the hymn is described before, in the context all suktas are used for Vaishvadeva so we can conclude that Nasadiya sukta is used for Vaishvadeva.
