बालः (bālaḥ)।
बालः (bālaḥ)। Child is called बालः (bālaḥ) in Sanskrit. If it's a little boy then you can call him बालकः (bālakaḥ) and if it's a little girl then you can call her बालिका (bālikā)। शिशुः (śiśuḥ) is a similar word for child in Sanskrit.
