It depends on the name of the
It depends on the name of the language. Since it is a name, it comes under Nouns category in grammar. So, some languages are feminine - eg. आङ्ग्लभाषा (English), हिन्दी (Hindi) and तमिलभाषा / तमिळभाषा (Tamil). Some can be neuter - eg. संस्कृत (Sanskrit).

Thanks.  My own mother tongue
Thanks.  My own mother tongue is called सौराष्ट्रा  (Sourashtra).  Is it m/f/n?  Is there any rules/formula to decide whether a given noun is m/f/n?

(Till day we speak in our mother tongue at home, but outside home, we speak in Tamil).

सौराष्ट्रा seems a feminine
सौराष्ट्रा seems a feminine word. It's interesting to know that you speak सौराष्ट्रा language!

In Sanskrit, there are no such rules to decide if some word is feminine or masculine. We just have to look the context or the dictionary to know the gender of words.
