योगः


योगः कर्मसु कौशलम्

अनादिकालात् प्रचलितः योगः शारीरिकः मानसिकः तथा आध्यात्मिकः अभ्यासः अस्ति| शरीरम् एव आध्यात्मिकक्षेत्रे उन्नतीं कर्तुम् एकमात्रं साधनं वर्तते इति भारतीयसंस्कृतेः मतम्| अस्य योगशास्त्रस्य सुसूत्रलेखनं पतञ्जलीनां ग्रन्थे विद्यते| सः ग्रन्थःयोगसूत्रम्इति नाम्ना विख्यातः अस्तियोगः अस्माकम् अतिपुरातनम् अमूल्यं योगदानं संसाराय अस्तियोगः केवलं व्यायामः अपि तु मानसिक -स्वास्थ्यरक्षणस्य कश्चन उत्तमः मार्गः अस्तिजागतिकस्तरे २०१५ वर्षात् आरभ्य २१ जूनः इति जागतिकयोगदिवसं सोत्साहेन मन्यन्तेयदि जनाः निरोगी -दीर्घजीवनम् इच्छन्ति तर्हि योगसाधना अवश्यम् एव करणीयाइदं पुरातनं शास्त्रं जागतिकस्तरे नेतुं स्वामी रामदेवेन कठोरपरिश्रमाः स्वीकृताः| योगाभ्यासेन शारीरिकक्षमता वर्धते| येन अस्माकम् बहुभ्यः रोगेभ्यः रक्षणं भवति|

yogaḥ। yogaḥ karmasu kauśalam। anādikālāt pracalitaḥ yogaḥ śārīrikaḥ mānasikaḥ tathā ca ādhyātmikaḥ abhyāsaḥ asti| śarīram eva ādhyātmikakṣetre unnatīṁ kartum ekamātraṁ sādhanaṁ vartate iti bhāratīyasaṁskr̥teḥ matam| asya yogaśāstrasya susūtralekhanaṁ patañjalīnāṁ granthe vidyate| saḥ granthaḥ ‘yogasūtram' iti nāmnā vikhyātaḥ asti। yogaḥ asmākam atipurātanam amūlyaṁ yogadānaṁ saṁsārāya asti। yogaḥ na kevalaṁ vyāyāmaḥ api tu mānasika -svāsthyarakṣaṇasya kaścana uttamaḥ mārgaḥ asti। jāgatikastare 2015 varṣāt ārabhya 21 jūnaḥ iti jāgatikayogadivasaṁ sotsāhena manyante। yadi janāḥ nirogī -dīrghajīvanam icchanti tarhi yogasādhanā avaśyam eva karaṇīyā। idaṁ purātanaṁ śāstraṁ jāgatikastare netuṁ svāmī rāmadevena kaṭhorapariśramāḥ svīkr̥tāḥ| yogābhyāsena śārīrikakṣamatā vardhate| yena asmākam bahubhyaḥ rogebhyaḥ rakṣaṇaṁ bhavati| yogābhyāsaṁ karotu , ārogyaṁ rakṣatu।
